Koppies female leads cubs to kill, but they meet an elephant along the way!
Caption of the video: Amazing View of Lion Cubs KNOCKING over GO PRO!! INCREDIBLE SOUNDS
If the Koppies cubs reach the independence. Then they would be the first litters of cubs of the Orpen males in the Koppies pride that were able to survive the most difficult stage for the lion cubs

By the way, did we ever hear more about the status of the injured Koppies female? Last video I saw, showed them searching for the 7 cubs, eventually finding them all, all were injured including the male, but the other female appeared the worst injured. The next morning the guides said they had no idea where she went, and then I did not hear anymore.

That's interesting. To be honest I didn't even heard / know that a Koppies female has injured. I will try to ask again to Neil Jennings. He could helps us a lot in this doubt.

Fun fact: I don't know why the Auto-correct put on the text as "the Orpen evils" instead of "the Orpen males" LOL

@"TinoArmando"  I believe @Tr1x24 originally posted this video back when it happened back in September, but this is the video of the pride searching for their cubs after the fight. But here you go my friend.

Buddy looks great here, clearly taken before his deterioration started, unless he is suddenly rebounding. Last time we saw him, he looked really thin and gaunt. If/when he passes, I know Junior is going to sorely miss him. In the mean time, we'll continue to hold out hope, just like with Loparpit.

That's also what I want to know.  What happened to the beat-up female that fought the Mbiris?  I hope she didn't die in the end...  She was put out of commission for about a week or so and then popped up again according to a post I read before....but then I see new footage of just the one lioness with all 7 cubs.

It will be hard for that one lioness, if she's the only one alive now, to raise all 7 cubs successfully.  She will probably have minimal assistance from the Orpens since they see the Mbiris as a bigger, better prize.  All the other lone lionesses out there now have only one cub to raise!  I REALLY hope the rangers try to follow this gripping story and keep us up to date on her whereabouts and the status of the cubs.

This is very interesting. They appear to have possibly come out of Kruger, but will be interesting to find out who they are, and what happens with them moving forward. They are really young to be striking out on their own, and that concerns me for their future.
