A couple of lions, certainly mating. Mating is often painful for the lioness. It's possible that an experienced male can make this moment less unpleasant, but imagine what the lioness has to endure during 3 days with a mating each 20 minutes... A single mating is often inefficient in terms of procreation, but the instinct of mating is clearly very very strong.
