This is a compilation of videos my friend. I remember the first clip being from Disney's "African Cats" and the male lion in that clip was referred to as "Fang" with Notch being referred to as "Kali". The other clip looks like footage from WildEarth. The clip of the Nsefu pride refers to the Nsefu pride in Zambia's South Luangwa National Park and the video was from a documentary that follows the pride.

Hunting mishap if I recall correctly. Injury happened back in mid to late August, she ought to be fully healed up by now as I posted an update on her earlier this month. Post is on page 50 #746, I believe. Reply

Guessing it was done by a warthog and its sharp tusks got her good. The cut is pretty clean across. It’s a large open spot where her skin is gone but seems like she’s keeping it clean and it’s not infected. Her body condition is good and hopefully the lionesses can hunt and get some food for the cubs and family. Reply

It's not a great sign for the cubs at this point.  This first post is possibly today or yesterday, the second is a week ago.  I fear the cubs may be lost.

Mala mala report is out and it practically confirms our worse fears regarding the four Ntsevu cubs of K2.    

Unfortunately her cubs succumbed to the mange outbreak.   Pride is now back to their original six members.

The K3 Cubs of the older litter have apparently shown improvement which is promising that maybe the worse is behind them. Reply

These lionesses could use the help K12 and or the young Styxt male lion. I wonder if more cubs would come; I think is when a young lioness like K12 would help her and the Kambula lionesses. The Kambula lioness K12s mother not like her three sisters she is with the daughters and younger lionesses. Reply
