That's pretty far down south, is it the farthest they have been?

also this is Gijama territory, isn't it? I wonder if we could see a confrontation. But Kambulas could leave the area very soon again, they just seem to be following buffalo, not really in search of new territory or a permanent stay. At least that's how I interpret their behaviour; opportunistic.

Yes thats Gijima territory, they would very likely have no difficulties chasing the Kambulas.

Hoping the south won't turn into a hotspot amongst lion coalitions... Kambulas have been lately around Lion Sands and Sabi Sabi, NK & Talamati were also near south recently, no?

I think the Nkuhuma Male & Talamati Male move in to West is because of the Kambula Males staying more at South, as the duo aren't really going down South for quite some time (maybe 1-2 months now) that is also the time when Kambula Males starts to spend more time in South.

I wonder why Kambula male lions are in the south.l wonder if many male lions going to south is because of their awareness of many lionesses.

Gijima male lions have been resilient. Wonder if Kambula male lions are interested in the south. Many cubs hopefully maybe north.

They are south simply because they are following buffalo or prey, nothing special.

Not sure how big that lioness is, but K2 looks absolutely massive in comparison.

Was thinking exactly the same thing. Absolute monster. Hopefully we'll see some more Birmingham grandchildren soon.

Hasn't he done it already? That lioness who was seen multiple times with them throughout the months has given birth to 4 cubs.

Would be near or somewhat near of Phabeni per the photographer post.
Also the 2 lioness is being said to be from the N'waswitshaka Pride (daughter of Big Boy Charleston). Do not know the reasoning for the lioness to be concluded as daughter of Big Boy Charleston from N'waswitshaka Pride as I am no expert in the lions down South.

Re K3-6; are there previous known male coalitions of this size who preferred to remain nomadic instead of becoming pride males?

Would say that K4 wants to become a pride males for a long time its just his brother had hold him back as to not have his back when other males have push around and that is why in their past sightings we have seen K4 clearly showing dominance when he did mate and starting to roar when he was with Chela even though he is alone and when he was attacked presumably by the Mantimahle Sons he is alone trying to mate and start his pride male life but now that he have been injured it seems like he is just a shell of his former self.

Someone really needs to step up in the coalition to lead maybe K3 or K6 as the 2 of them seems to show more of a dominant trait 2nd only to K4 before his injuries cannot really tell for K5 as he is doing K5 things.
If no one would step up it would only be the Torchwood Male, K1, and K2 that would have cubs from the Birmingham Males sons (well if they raise the cubs up to adult and leave a legacy) Really a shame on what can be compared as to what their fathers have had done at that age but well they are wild lions and we cannot do anything and just watch them do as they go follow their own instincts.

This is their father/uncle still not in their prime (basing on the mane and body size) VS a 1 Selati Male you can see how aggressive Scrapper was and how Nsuku supported him.
