"We saw 4 jaguars today, but this one pictured above is considered the largest jaguar in the region ever photographed. Balam, a male jaguar that we have been monitoring since 2018, it became dominant around Corixo São Pedrinho in Porto Jofre region.'

So according to guide Ailton, Balam is the largest jaguar they've seen in the region of Porto Jofre, while others have told it's Edno. Based on photographic footage I also believe Edno is bigger. If Balam is the biggest that means he would surpass 148 kg Lopez, so these are big claims.
We now know which area of PJ Balam rules over, I'm sure Edno is the dominant one at a different area, perhaps the three brothers river?

The photographer who took this pictures described him to me as "huge", his official weight is 102 kg, but from the last picture one can see that he is dwarfing 92 kg Nusa female. On his first capture he weighed 138 kg but that weight was discarded, however looking at his proportions next to Nusa such weight makes more sense in my opinion.
