There is a world somewhere between reality and fiction. Although ignored by many, it is very real and so are those living in it. This forum is about the natural world. Here, wild animals will be heard and respected. The forum offers a glimpse into an unknown world as well as a room with a view on the present and the future. Anyone able to speak on behalf of those living in the emerald forest and the deep blue sea is invited to join.

This picture of the darkmaned Fourways male instantly made me think of the old Lubyebye male, you can really see the blood relation they share.

Still youngs and without experience. With the recent loss of the older member, ,,Dreadlocks, the DeLaporte male. Nkuhlu males now are being guiding by themselves. Without any doubt the death of Dreadlocks will have a big impact within the coalition. Either be the dominance or other factors. Etc etc

An update on the Afsaal males: The Eastern Bank and South Shishangeni males were spotted in a hard-to-reach area called "Napi" at the end of May 2023, indicating that they are still alive. And I received another update from Jock Safari Lodge that they were seen alone yesterday near Jock! However, it appears that they have lost their territory. On a positive note, the three new cubs from the Windmills pride have been recently seen.
