With Nsemani males getting to an age, it looks like these boys will be their descendants in that area Satara/Nsemani Dam.

Indeed, sadly age is a weak point for the two Nsemani males, they've sired plenty of cubs in the region, so, their bloodline is alive in the KNP. Glad for the young Shishagaan males, they had some tough times and the good ones are coming.

Their age is not a big issue, but the numerical advantage 4vs2 is huge and will be decisive.

Well obiviously EBM lost his brothers and territory (some say to Mjejanes, some to young Jocks) , SSM was a loner who hang around Malelane Gate, but young Jocks took control of that whole area so he moved off..

Being 2 nomadic males in the same area they form a coalition and moved into Afsaal area, where presence of Mpondos become weaker with 3 members returning north in early to mid 2020.

They are prob the males who fight 5th Mpondo and responsible for disappearence of Blonde Mpondo as they took their prides.

Many junior members such as myself are trying to learn, thus the question.  Answereing with actual facts minus the condescension would be appreciated.  If it was "obvious," then I wouldn't have needed to ask.

His hip does not look very good from this angle. I hope its not the same issue that the Talamati had.

One of the last two of the Shishangeni males seen recently patrolling his territory which they have been ruling over the years, the Crocodile Bridge area located in Kruger! Despite their advanced age and the many coalitions around them, they are still the true kings of this region. They spend their time now with Hippo Pools pride and have many offsprings in many prides. A while ago a real tragedy happened to their four-year-old Six Vurhami sons when they left the natal pride to find their own kingdom, but they were surprised by the ruthless Mjejane males and five of them were killed one by one while the sixth of them still exists now in the mjejane area and has not learned the lesson.

A beautiful recent sighting of the two Ngotoso males with 3 lionesses belonging to the pride, several cubs and 3 or 4 of the 6 sub-adult males almost 2 1/2 old years seen on S147 road.

A true beast of male lion - One of the two Zark males at Steve's pan in @jejane_private_nature_reserve these two healthy males have been spending a lot of time in the Southern parts of the Balule area. Although they used to be dominant over 5.000 HA in @ximuwupictures they haven't been seen in Klaserie in a long time. Therefore, Only time will tell if they'll stick in Balule, Without a doubt a force to be reckoned with.
