Look carefully at its nose. Obviously it is a young tiger.

Fascinating, were are watching a REAL tiger of 299 kg! Is interesting to see that he don't need to be exceptionally large to have such a weight. In fact, he is masive but not too tall/long compared with other captive tigers like "Igor". Somehow he remind me the Sauraha male from Nepal and Madla male from Panna, bouth large/heavy males of over 250-260 klg and they bodies loked like this white tiger. This also show that the posibility of tiger up to 300 kg is not completelly out of question in the wild, this tiger doesn't look slow or clumsy.

Thank your fro this video. I will try to download it to have it at hand. Like

The Eliah, the big white tiger in the previous video that weight 299 kg. As we can see in this images, this tiger looks of the same length and robusticity that Sauraha (over 260 kg) and Madla (over 250 kg) male tigers. Call it coincidence, but this put a new image about the robusticity and displacement of mass in tigers.

He's a good sized cat, but he's also an overweight cat which is obviously much more common in captivity. If his body type resembled his wild counterparts he'd probably be in the 220kg rang I'd estimate.

This White Tiger that I saw in Vegas is 475lbs or about 215kg

He is most likely taller than Elijah and probably close in length as well, but he is much more lean but not skinny by any means, but when comparing him to other Tigers I have seen in captivity, he was one of the better looking specimens, much closer to his wild counterparts minus the muscle mass and density you see in the wild.  Maybe the Las Vegas heat plays a roll in that or maybe they are just better about his diet.

This guy on the other hand from Wildlife Waystation is what you see much more commonly with big cats in captivity

A more stocky animal with looser skin flaps and softer physical features. This is usually what I see when I go to most sanctuaries, it's generally the same with Tigers and Lions but occasionally there are few Cats that look really good.

Video shows emaciated white tiger in Chinese zoo eat dirt

"TAIPEI (Taiwan News) -- In a country that is no stranger to animal cruelty, video has surfaced of an emaciated white tiger eating dirt at a zoo in Hubei Province, causing many suspected that it is being abused by its keepers.
A witness who visited the popular zoo in Wuhan, Hubei Province on at 4 p.m. on Jan. 8 said they saw the rare female white Bengal tiger come out of its shelter, suddenly crouch down, and start to lap up the dirt, reported Liberty Times. The man recorded video of the incident and uploaded it to Weibo in hopes that relevant units would take action.
Administrators of the Wuhan Zoo claimed that the keepers had fed the tiger three chickens on the ground of the enclosure in that morning. They theorized that the tiger then returned to the spot where the chickens had been to lick up the remains of the meal.
However, when the 7-year-old white tiger had been introduced to the zoo from Ningbo in September of last year, it weighed 210 kg, yet staff now say it weighs 90 kg less at 120 kg."

That 210 kg sounds quite fat tiger when talking about female. 120 kg then again could have some more weight, even though it is still not too extraordinary. Difficult to say too much, but that cage didn´t look nice for a tiger if that is all what it has there..... but good, that if there is a suspected problem, that it is lifted up for public view.

turpentinecreek

REHOME UPDATE: TCWR team members coaxed all 6 tigers into their roll cages & are heading back from Oklahoma with them as we speak. Here’s what we know: •All 6 tigers are male. ? •Two are white with stripes. One is pure white. One is a #GoldenTabbyTiger. Two are orange. ? •Their names are Robbie, Tommy, Franky, Tigger, Floyd, & Diesel.

I asked about their weights and got the following response
turpentinecreek
"The on-site team got initial weights, but our office communications team does not have that information at this time. Our animal curator described them as being heavy, with the largest being over 600 pounds. We're not sure who holds the title of "largest," but we know Franky is about 500 pounds. We'll give some more information once we receive it. :)"

The late Mohan (RIP), one of the most beautiful Asiatic Lions I have seen.  Right before he was put to sleep he weighed 182.5 kg.  He was 16.5 years old.

A much younger Mohan.  I would have loved to see how much he weighed in his prime.

So now we have the confirmed weights of Lucifer 190 kg, Mohan 182.5 kg before death, and 178 kg Paris.  I was also told by the research coordinator the Dublin Zoo: "Our adult fully grown females weigh around 130 – 140kg and adult males weigh around 180kg. We do not have any length measurements."

The day that @blackjaguarwhitetiger rescued the Mighty Jimbo. As you can see, agents from @profepa_mx helped them out in everything. This is a quarantine area by the way. Now he's with his GF hermosa in a habitat.

And for the record, Han and him weighted exactly the same 507 Pounds (230 Kilos) at that time...
