A thesis by Shilpa Pradeep Parbhu (University of Johannesburg, 2019) comparing the morphological and genetic characteristics of captive lions in South Africa with those of their wild counterparts:

The morphological characteristics are laid out in detail on page 28. Potential reasons given for the discrepancy include selective breeding for larger lions in captivity (pg 40), more regular feeding sessions (pg 42) and less room to exercise (pg 42). The captive lions in these particular facilities showed good genetic diversity, and no visible evidence of disease or malnutrition.

About #687: I am not specialist, but what do you call "Shoulder length" ? When I read : Facility 1 shoulder length of male : 116,43 cm Facility 3 shoulder length of male : 168 cm Are they quite different from this part of the body ? The “shoulder length” is defined in the paper as the distance between the shoulder blades/scapula and the start of the tail. It’s such a sizeable difference that I wondered if they had perhaps made an error (especially considering the lions’ overall total length is very similar, the lions in facility #3 having longer heads and tails), but the author also notes it as a big difference. 116cm seems too short to me.
