Oh he got a beating, hope his brother is ok, where was this? Still around Pretoriuskop?

These 2 are 4.5 yrs old, those are "key" years now, most males either become territorial around this time, or they die trying.

Damn I'm worried about them, he must be living a stressful life as he has less mane than his younger SS brothers. His back is a mess in different parts, if the other one got killed I hope for the impossible, that his instincts tell him to go back to his natal territory, this way he may bump onto his brothers and perhaps join them.

Claimed to be 1/4 Kambulas in Mala Mala 2-3 days ago, but isn't this 1/2 Kruger Kambula? Regardless can someone confirm if it is really him and in Mala Mala? If so then all 2 are alive and they probably split after the other one was attacked and injured.

Its not neither of Kambulas.

If its indeed recent and from MalaMala, then maybe
Its oldest NK boy, which explains why he isnt with the pride recently.

Source of this?

@Tr1x24 I asked someone to confirm because I don't have the source to begin with, it just reached me as "1/4 Kambulas in Mala Mala 2-3 days ago", since it has a snip tail I thought it was 1/2 Kambulas as the one injured one had no snipped tail.

Oldest Nkuhuma Boy has rejoined chela.   Seen at the AM Wae safari today.   He’s also not snipped tailed like this boy.

But its definitely not Snip Tailed Kambula, he has different face, blonde mane and more tail is missing.

It might be one of Nkuhlus, when they where at MalaMala.

The two eldest Kambula boys in Kruger.  Video taken 17 December.   Maybe the last known footage of them seen together prior to the K1 boy was then seen alone w injuries to his rump.

I hope both are alive and well, and have reunited. Btw how much older are they compared to the ones from SS? Looking by their manes the Kruger ones don't seem particularly older, if at all. Sure mane doesn't say much necessarily but still.

On an unrelated note, despite being one of the ones to defend NK against accusations of him "being a coward" or "always running", I'm a bit surprised he stood his ground and fought Tumbela. I imagined if they were to meet in some sort of clash, NK would get chased off because Tumbela has a historical of being more confident, fighting alone and having being a proper dominant male for a decent time, while NK had confidence issues and just lost his newest partner.

Maybe all of the recent experiences and his many encounters with Tumbela and PCM toughened him up? At this point he may have been in more fights against rival males than any other SS lion besides Skorro Jr who's up there too. Ironically they look perfect for each other, both around the same age and in their prime, both know each other very well, both are friends with Ximhungwes, both were seen sleeping together once. Still, now that Tumbela is helping his daughters I'd rather prefer things to stay this way and it's not like these 2 could take the PCM even if they joined forces anyway ( maybe if they were brothers but definitely not with the weak bond they would have ), and at this point it's obvious neither is leaving the west no matter what happens so it's not like they'd move to an area they can take over.
