Interesting, they’re sticking to Southern Sabi Sands eventho Western Sabi Sands has little to no lion activity around Savanna. I don’t think they realise PCMs don’t control all of that area, anymore, and have almost fooled themselves into staying away from it.

I really hope to see them go North and linkup with Skorro Orpen.

If they do somehow go north and link up with orpen jr then they'll run in to the four bboys kambulas and the last thing i want to see is bboy nkuhuma running away leaving khanya and orpen jr behind.

Knowing bboy nkuhuma's tendencies, he'll most likely do that.

Im more hoping orpen jr hears a familiar call down south and meets them in the central or south or south west S.S

I think more realistically if orpen jr stays in S.S, he'll most likely form something with the ndzengha styx boy or the kruger male/S.A. i hope orpen jr chooses Styx boy for better longevity if he cannot find khanya/bboy nkuhuma

Only 3 Kambulas are ready to fight, and regardless they wouldn’t seek out the Kambulas, forming a new partnership so soon, and the Kambulas prolly wouldn’t seek them out either. I guess Skorro could go into Londolozi, which is prolly the best way for all of them to find each other, given NK and Khanya are constantly travelling through there.

Yea, such a shame.

Looking how his, at the time less impressive brother, now looks bigger than NK male, this Talamati at this stage would prob be one of the more, if not most impressive male in SS, and competition is tough.

He had elite genetics.

Dzwihala and K4 would have been the only young males from them 2018 - 2019 litters that I felt could have matched any dominant males by now in strength and size. Khanya deserves to be recognised too as he’s the only one who has had altercations 1 on 1 with other males, but I wouldn’t count the S.BDM as a dominant male then.

Dzwihala was, in my opinion, the most impressive out of all of them youngsters in Sabi Sands, never mind N/S Avoca offspring, and I think it would have stayed that way too.

I would guess Othawas would be most impressive, even more impressive than Talamatis. Sad that they went off the radar.  Then there are Talamatis and largest of the Nkuchuma males, all looking very tall, powehouses in the making. On top of that Dwihla looked quite mean with this cold stare and dark mane. Iguess he would become quite faisty lion.

I think he deserves more credit for that. You placed K4 over him. Do you think K4 would be able, being at the same age Talamati male was at a time of mentioned alteraction to dominate stronger of the two BD males like Talamati did? Personally I do not. Even current, prime K4 up against Black Dam still would be very unclear on which male would be stronger and I personally would bet Black Dam would dominate Kambula, not the other way around.

I agree that I don’t see K4 as any better of a fighter than Khanya, albeit there’s not much to go off in the first place, but Khanya didn’t impress me the way both K4 and Dzwihala did growing up. Them two were both the most dominant males of their coalition and just from a physical standpoint, were the most developed both in size and mane growth.

K4 impressed me especially when they first went North and the other 3 kept returning back to Londolozi, even without any major pressure on them. Although it wasn’t the smartest move to stay North at the time, it showed the boldness he had at a relatively young age, and I think we’d all agree if the Kambulas all followed his lead then they’d have been pride males for a year already.

Anyways back to Khanya, as I’ve said before, I do think he will be the most impressive out of that 2018 - 2019 litter of males, eventually. We all know he has the size, I’m just waiting on that mane to settle in.

Speaking of darkmane jr lol he went nomadic on his own which was a bit strange to me and another reason why I think he’s alive but you never know. I remember seeing him and darkmane in londolozi while khanya was still with the pride strange how that happened
