Why do you guys compare him to Golden Mane was he the male that spent more time with his pride?

Yeah, that is one think that Golden Mane's favourite pride was Mhangeni, but mainly because of shape of his skull. Big Boy's is very similar to Golden Mane's (at least to my eye).

Well... Golden Mane is my bet to be the father for now, but we will see how he develop as he grows older.

3 Tooth Tsalala has joined 2 other males and is now in coalition of 3. "One of the 2 partners are definitely Skukuza/Hilda's Rock male and the other who is limping to his hind right leg could be(not confirmed) one of the 4 Jock(young)males"

The second male (is he the one limping?) reminds me of one of the Skybed coalition males. He has a very distinctive face. Anyway, glad to see Three Tooth has found a new coalition and I hope they stick together.

While out on game drive, we spotted this healthy looking king who is the male originating from the Othawa Pride of Lions. This youngster is turning into quite the powerful, confident beast currently dominates the Mhangeni/Tsalala Breakaway Pride. This brutish youngster in his prime was sired by the ever famous Majingilane.

Have a look at the exquisite and luscious mane ! The hallmark of a potential king.

So i was browsing thru this tread and i notice that there isnt any post of the Styx males sightings from few months ago in Kruger, maybe there is in another thread idk.

Regardless, 1 or both (second one wasnt confirmed) Styx males where seen around s26 road in S. Kruger as a coalition of 4.

This is their early photo still in SS, left one was called Long Mane and right one Big Boy, they dissapeared into Kruger in 2016,only to be seen once later on around Jock area, and nothing from them since until now.

Long Mane was confirmed to be the one with injured jaw:

Big Boy was not confirmed, he is harder to indetify, but 1 male is very similar to him, and i belive that thats him.

One of the last images of Big Boy in SS:

This similar male (first one in the middle) :

I think similarity is too big to not to be him, and what are the chances that his brother finds another partner that similar to him?

Other two males with them:

Male #1

Male #2

Those two males look a bit younger then them, maybe 1-2 yrs younger.

After this sighting, people in that area confirmed that this lions where seen around there for quite some time, since 2017, and that Long mane has that injury for quite some time now.
