All 5 cubs are from the same litter? I remember one of the old lionesses had a litter.

No two litters I believe. One of two cubs, one of three.

Good to see all five are still alive, was worried one was lost but not the case.

I'm worried that there has been no 100% confirmed sighting of Nzuri since Mandevu's fight.

You'd think he'd quickly get back home where sighting are plenty.

Wasnt the sighting of male who was thought to be 1 of Monwanas actually Nzuri? (i think that was after Mandevu fight).

Yes I think it was Nzuri, but I don't think it was 100% confirmed, reason why I'm a bit worried. You'd think we'd be getting regular sightings on him.

Don't know if the fourth one is still hanging around the Mangheni Pride as I haven't seen anything on them lately.

Dont think so, last report of 4 them together was when PCM chased them off the kill, since only 3 together.

Ah, missed seeing that report so thanks. I don't recall seeing anything on a younger male lion being seen injured/dead, guess it's just a waiting game to see if he pops up somewhere at some point.

Edit: He's alive and well. Full update is in the Lions of Sabi Sands thread.

Sad to see indeed. He is now facing a hard time. Hope he can find the pride back in the short term. But that may also be dangerous because the pride will attract other males, with three Monwana males sighted in Manyeleti (I do not know where exactly, though) and Mbiri males in the north sometimes venturing in.

Some more footage of Nzuri of yesterday/today.

Credits to ju_cs2 instagram for the photo attached. Looks like he is in a bit of a 'hiding' modus here
