This is Tigress Chipi from Itanagar Zoo from Northeastern India. She and her brother Ipra were found in the wild and brought as cubs in 2011. She is 13 and getting a procedure done. Both her and her brother have haplogroup markers unlike any population of bengal tigers. Both also have totally blacked out ears. She was said to weigh close to 200 kilos at one time:

I don't know if they were weighed, but those who saw them agreed their size was remarkable.
