Yes it isa (young) pic of Osidai, 1/3 Kisinja males, originally 4 males but Hailey unfortunately was killed in a human/wild animal conflict.

Nice image of a male taken in Lake Nakuru National Park, Kenya.
These lions are quite distinguishable from their usual Serengeti counterparts, even retaining spots well into adulthood.
