There is a world somewhere between reality and fiction. Although ignored by many, it is very real and so are those living in it. This forum is about the natural world. Here, wild animals will be heard and respected. The forum offers a glimpse into an unknown world as well as a room with a view on the present and the future. Anyone able to speak on behalf of those living in the emerald forest and the deep blue sea is invited to join.

African Wildlife Photography Maggy Meyer:
Lion Notch II in Masai Mara, Kenya

We found him close to the Mara River near Lookout. He had a very good breakfast. Here he is on his way to his brother Caesar and three lionesses.
We saw no cows close by!

A short video of a disagreement between Notch 2 and Caesar. It was, of course, over a lady.

OK, this is not a heavy weight fight or any fight at all, in my opinion

it is just a way to say: "this Lioness next to me is not for you, brother, she is mine, got it"??.

they don't fight, just a little pushing, they didn't use their claws extended or their jaws to bite each other seriously.

it is so cute,

how beautiful this animal is!
it is very possessive and fights for it. it is like us, the humans
