The dominant Tumbela and his brother Limper (pictured) and they are looking good.
No sighting of Scar for a week.

Update: Scar has been seen today with Othawa Pride, alive. That's according to the guide.

Judging by the current mane development of Limper, I think he was ran out of time to grow a mane like Skorro Jr, his mane will probably be mohawk and light-colored

No lions are capable of growing manes at any age. Lions with Mohawks like Mr t weren't underdeveloped, that was just the style of their Mane. The same way some lions grow elbow tuffs. If Limper developes properly from now on, he will become like his brother.

Yes, that's the guide. His exact words, "his around and today his with othawa". He said that around 2 hours' ago.

Whilst it is awesome seeing Skorro and Limper back together..it is unfortunate that Scar has been confirmed dead. Very sad news.

I just saw this comment from a photographer/visitor in western sector.   If believed, Scar has left us.

Personally, it looks like Skorro jr and Limper are united in grief over the death of Scar in that picture. I feel very sad about it, but at least he is no longer suffering. He will never be forgotten.

Did you ask for scar or skinny Tumbela?  In my experience experience, they do not necessarily know when we say scar.  I’ve made the false assumption before asking about one and they misunderstood another.   I now ask specifically for ‘dominant or dark maned’ ‘skinny’ ‘  ‘limping’ .   When I ask for Skorro I get multiple false reports cause to them , that can be limper.

Just my observations.

Yea, they are mixing their names, they are calling Limper - Scar.. And Scar they often call Skorro..

Sad to see him go, but its the best for him that he is no longer suffering, he would not recover anyways at this point, he was ill already when they came here over 1 year ago..

He was actually the biggest of the 3, shame we couldn't see him healthy and in his prime years, he would definitely be very impressive and big male..

Yeah I spoke to the lodges and guides in the west they are saying different things. Some saying he’s alive.. but haven’t seen him in days , some saying they think he’s dead but nobody has found a body yet. So basically nothing
