There is a world somewhere between reality and fiction. Although ignored by many, it is very real and so are those living in it. This forum is about the natural world. Here, wild animals will be heard and respected. The forum offers a glimpse into an unknown world as well as a room with a view on the present and the future. Anyone able to speak on behalf of those living in the emerald forest and the deep blue sea is invited to join.

From Cheetah Plains Private Game Reserve, 31 March 2016, by Justin Glanvill (Photos by Sean de la Harpe Parker):
"I would like to focus on 4 of our sightings. Let me start with the lions. One of the N’kahuma lionesses was honeymooning with one of the Birmingham males. They certainly make a handsome couple and I enjoyed watching them in action and how unimpressed she seemed by his performance."

Birmingham #4. I find it awesome to watch these guys. How amazing it has been to follow the story of their take-over, with all its drama, in real time.

Cheetah Plains Private Game Reserve:
The Birmingham Males have been around Cheetah Plains fairly often. We presume that three of them came north to their "brother", the fifth male who wasnt looking too well around Central Road on Saturday! Images by Ephraim Khoza.
