There is a world somewhere between reality and fiction. Although ignored by many, it is very real and so are those living in it. This forum is about the natural world. Here, wild animals will be heard and respected. The forum offers a glimpse into an unknown world as well as a room with a view on the present and the future. Anyone able to speak on behalf of those living in the emerald forest and the deep blue sea is invited to join.

"Lions feeding on hippo this morning"
Doesn't that look like Scarface at Paradise plains? With the mane and less weight on back left right leg.

The majestic new ruler of the Marsh Pride in Golden light. I re-itereate, he is was big as the mighty Caesar. Am not sure if he is Notch lineage but sure does look like it and the guides do suspect it.
With all the pride females pregnant at this time, the pride looks set to regain its super pride status soon.

Karibu the biggest of the two new males in the Marsh pride. Described as already being as big as Caesar. Looks marvelous indeed!

Yeah I couldn't reply to your last message, it says its full or reached its limit, have no clue what that is.  Some of the vids you posted were bit blurry though. Yeah I think its pretty clear some lion subspecies for sure are built differently than others, guys like Lipstick and Earless appear more robust than some of the Mapogo lions and coalitions in that region. But that doesn't always define which cat would be the tougher in fight, the experience in fighting is extremely important.
