There is a world somewhere between reality and fiction. Although ignored by many, it is very real and so are those living in it. This forum is about the natural world. Here, wild animals will be heard and respected. The forum offers a glimpse into an unknown world as well as a room with a view on the present and the future. Anyone able to speak on behalf of those living in the emerald forest and the deep blue sea is invited to join.

The Pride on a stroll

This young male will probably be a tank in the future, he was prob sired by Skorro Jr who is very impressive at his young age so if this cubs survives he will be a huge and impressive specimen. Problem is he needs to find a partner.

Yes….the Kambulas also have a solo male that’s almost the exact age period.    WHO knows….maybe they somehow find each other :)

It would be an awesome outcome if those two get together.

This channel claimed the older lion here is for sure Othawa Jr, and the others I assume the Othawa Matimbas? Though they said unlike Jr, the others were unconfirmed.

But some comments were saying it's not them, does someone has any proof if its Jr or not?

Many of those comments and claims were disproven to be Othowas.

They are however believed to be the current males now called Gijimas which fought Wide Nose Ndzenga and are down to two members hanging around southern Sabi Sands.

"The Othawa Pride had another run in with the Plains Camp Males a few nights back and for a couple of days were seen with only four of their cubs. Thankfully after a nervy few days, one of the female cubs has rejoined the pride and they have all been accounted for.

The pride currently stands at three adult females and five youngsters, four of those being females."
