There is a world somewhere between reality and fiction. Although ignored by many, it is very real and so are those living in it. This forum is about the natural world. Here, wild animals will be heard and respected. The forum offers a glimpse into an unknown world as well as a room with a view on the present and the future. Anyone able to speak on behalf of those living in the emerald forest and the deep blue sea is invited to join.

Very soon ( by next year maybe) we will need "Male lineage of avocas" group. Should we give them names like N1, N2... etc like kambulas sub boys.

Aw its that male with those striking eyes. Almost all grown up now. I remember when he was a cub and there was a cubbie puddle and he was the unfortunate (or perhaps fortunate if trying to keep warm) who was on bottom of the pile. Lol.

Throwback Nkuhuma cubbies 2020. You’ll see the cub with those striking eyes holding up the pile.

From WE today, Blondie and Mohawk with the Nkuhumas

Such a likeable group of lions, 5 young males have great potential if they all stick together.

That's  quite interesting behavior. He has that Mohawk look, doesn't he?

Obsessive type behavior often seen in domesticated animals, but not often in the wild.

Its only a issue if it becomes a constant obsessive activity. If they do it once in a while is just playful cub behaviour or a fleabite or something.

Cubs often play with tails/turfs of other lions.
