It’s been more than a month and MalaMala is yet to release their blog. They might know his status by now. Had he been in any decent condition, surely he would have been found around Kambula females. He was the one who likely mated with them the most. From the last video, he was alone and his movement looked very poor. Would be defenceless if found out by hyenas.
Was always curious if his injury affected his ability to roar, sounds pretty normal to me. If that injury was serious internally, I don't think he would be able to roar comfortable like that.

She, I believe it is a female. The male cub is one of the older three and was not missing.
