The brute Hades, if Joker is gone this is in my opinion the largest male jaguar currently inhabiting Caiman Ecological Refuge, southern Pantanal.

@Ngonya I know you like the jaguars from Porto Jofre but those from the south of the Pantanal are just as if not more impressive than the north.

Speaking of Porto Jofre, here is Bernard, another tank-like mature male still holding strong in the area:

See how incredibly developed and thick the sagittal crest and masseter muscles are on this beast and how muscular the whole body is. Jaguars are second to none in muscle and bone girth among the living felids.

It's interesting to see how the hyper-robust build of jaguars remains constant in both captivity and in the wild. I think these two males have the same build:

Bernard, Porto Jofre, Pantanal

Gulliver, Loro Parque, Spain

Honestly, you do know your jaguars inside out :). The size difference between Inka and the female is significant.

Thank you! Indeed, the female is named Ti, she is around 8 years old and therefore in her prime, but Inka is such a big and robust jaguar that he makes her look tiny next to him

Take a look at that round, blocky head
