There is a world somewhere between reality and fiction. Although ignored by many, it is very real and so are those living in it. This forum is about the natural world. Here, wild animals will be heard and respected. The forum offers a glimpse into an unknown world as well as a room with a view on the present and the future. Anyone able to speak on behalf of those living in the emerald forest and the deep blue sea is invited to join.

Any further info about that video?
All it said was that two males chased Shaka and then both  settled down to groom etc. Crazy, one minute you see Shaka is just standing there for a minute, then he just starts to walk away and then  bolts with the two close behind him

Note from Johan Smalman:

"We have decided on a coalition name for the Torchwood Male and Birmingham Young Male. They are called the Mongawane Males from now on. As that is the property name where they were seen together for the first time by Ziggi Hugo"

Look at the size of the YBM back legs compared to the torchwood male.  He's a big boy!  I hope he continues to become physically stronger and becomes a great, memorable male lion.  I'm so glad that he picked the Torchwood male for a coalition partner. They will be an ever-increasing, formidable force.

Its a bit of a camera angle and Torchwood Male is deeper on the picture, size difference is not that big as this photo shows, but yes, Birmingham male is bigger, i think he is one of the biggest males in hip/head height around .

Good to know that is a trick from the camera's lenses because I am not able to see these guys in person.
