Yes, I read an update from Sabi Sabi that they chased away the Avoca males from a zebra kill.

I'll post it later, when  I can.

Thanks @Tshokwane

Here is the update guys
The two Avoca males were resting not too far from where the Tsalala males were seen at the waterhole in front of Bush Lodge.

Two Tsalala males were here, the other one was some distance away.

After bringing down and consuming a zebra, the two Avoca males were found resting close to Bush Lodge's waterhole. Their nap was soon interrupted by two of the Tsalala males, chasing the Avoca males into the Msuthlu Riverbed.

We can confirm that we have seen all 3 Tsalala males and the one that was missing has some injuries to his rear legs but is ok and alive. When we last saw them they were still separated.

Cromments from Sabi Sabi Game Reserve

Could you speculate about what Lions attacked them?? Could be the Avocas? Charlestons? Mantimahle??

We think it is unlikely to be the Avoca's as they aren't showing any visible signs of being in a fight and the last tracks of the Charlestons was of them heading into the Kruger Park. We aren't familiar with the Mantimahle lions so we are unable to comment on them.

Personally for me it appears like Mantimahles.. to injure 3 males.. it must be a coilation in their prime and 2+ males

Excellent Vinod, thank you.

It's so interesting. Technically, the Avoca males should have an edge over only two Tsalala males, especially now that they're injured, but the Tsalala boys don't seem to care.

Also, the rangers commented this:

We can confirm that we have seen all 3 Tsalala males and the one that was missing has some injuries to his rear legs but is ok and alive.

They haven't seen all 3 together yet, but hopefully they will rejoin soon.

Good to hear that all of them survived. What doesn't kill you makes you stronger. Guys is it possible they got some fatherly love from the Majingilanes?

I don't think so, given their recent locations and also their fathers are also not together and no scratches/injuries during the same time.

MAYBE IT WAS THE SOUTHERN PRIDE FEMALES THAT ATTACKED THE 3 TSALALA MALES  THE OTHER NIGHT?
