Do not really know but its what the guides in the north said to Cedric that PCM is in Hoffman's property (South of Djuma), maybe its Makhunga's brother as per Omega's post is only Makhunga. But I'm pretty sure I saw a post in Instagram today with a tag of ChitwaChitwa and PCM, I will try to find it or maybe they miss identify the lion.

* I can't seem to find the IG story/post maybe they deleted it because of wrong ID but I think it is Deon who posted it. *

Certainly now is not the time for them to get separated.

The lighter-maned/bulkier Mantimahtle male could be a 3rd PC brother. I thought he might be the more dominant of the two after seeing him with Little Amber, but when he joined his brother, who was with the Imbali females, the dark-maned male displayed his dominance (stood tall and scent-marked), and the 'bigger' boy was submissive. So it's probably pretty balanced with these two.

James said that the Imbali girls are probably not in real estrus, as with the male lion dynamics being so chaotic at the moment they are probably just mating with any males they come across. So it's possibly the same for the Kambulas and Nkuhumas. We'll have to see if any cubs come out of any of it.

Very strange, indeed. Another coalition for whom it would behoove them to be sticking very near one another, at this particular moment in time, and in this particular area.

It feels surreal seeing these 2 massive boys on WE, they look enormous, DM looks to be very tall lion with more lean body type, while Blonde one is a tank, same as his younger half bros PCM, he defiently looks like lion who is not to be mess around with, as James said : "thats a serious male lion", and he have seen quite a bit of lions.

Great collection of pics @Tr1x24. You can see in the first picture (with the 5th Mantimahtle) and the second to last how tall the dark-maned male is. And in that first picture, what a casually mean look he already has on such a young face, phew.

Cedric was talking about how intimidating the DM male was, looking at Panda like he wanted to eat him. And the fact that he made the lighter-maned male (also a very serious looking lion) go submissive when he approached... it's not at all surprising the Kambulas are reluctant to mess with these two boys when they're together. The PC males are intimidating because they come in like bulldozers, but I think if these two caught one of the Kambulas... I don't think that male would survive the encounter. Just the vibe I get from these two. I'm excited to see more of them.

Agree, from "intimidation" standpoint, to me these 2 look to be most intimidating coalition in Sabi Sands rn, over PCMs/Gijimas/Ndhzengas, they just give that "dangerous/bad boys" vibe, feeling you have when you watch Mbiri brothers.

Unlucky Kambulas first had to deal with PCMs, and now with these guys, who might be even stronger lol.

Until all Kambulas are on same page and confident, it will be hard for them vs these 2, as in 2vs2 (maybe even 3vs2), they prob have slim chance.

One Dead Imbali Female (Possible that it's the Daughter of S8 Male as she is a young lioness) found in Djuma

Injuries:

ID of the Dead Imbali Female:

TLDR:
According to Cedric this female is following a male lion to mate (do not know if it's the Mantimahle or the Kambulas as in the morning drive is hectic as Cedric vehicle broke down but he did hear the fight happen and he said that it's the sound of lion killing lion) but it seems like the Nkuhuma Pride caught her and mauled her, Cedric said there seems no suffocation injury but there are many bite marks in the spine area, back, and hind of the lioness. The blood in the puncture wounds is dry so Cedric concluded that this happened in the morning. Seems like the venture of the Imbali lionesses in Djuma to mate with the Mantimahle Sons did not go well. The dead female right ear have a notch according to Cedric.
