I'm not finding the post but the guy who shared it said it looks like both Kruger and Avoca were in a big fight ( by looking at the injuries ), and in another post I thought I saw Kruger male with a facial injury.
S.Avoca has some crazy injuries in his face, I'm not under the impression he was caught by multiple males.
Great news that Monwanas have been spending time with Mhangeni Pride without any aggression towards the subs, it is prolly the best outcome for all parties as long as they stay being a positive to the pride, helping provide with hunts and whatnot. Obviously 4 male lions seemingly choosing to stay in the West isn't great for PCMs, nor Ximhungwe pride, Othawa Pride and future Tsalala Pride but these things happen, PCMs now have to show they're worthy pride males for each of these prides.
I hope this additional time with a pride doesn't give the Monwanas a misleading mindset like I've seen with other males, who then see themselves as a normal pride member and almost forget about dominating that pride, getting pushed around by nearby males. This then forces females to look for a different set of males that usually then come and oust the young boys. It's also not great that they seem to split quite a bit already too with 1 staying solely with the pride.

I heard it was most likely PCMs who were seen in the North recently around EP, which would make sense as the veterans were seen in the North separated until they joined up and went back South. Who would've thought PCMs biggest competition would be 2 old nomads who only joined together up a few months ago

So is it possible ? Kruger male lion and Southern Avoca male lions fighting? I can see the Kruger male lions confidence he seems strong and sure of his strength. Southern Avoca male lion seems he is a smart male lion he must know Kruger male lion is a strong male and younger that can help him.

Avoca male? Who's he? I must be lost because i don't know who he is. Where and when did he come to S.S and join S.bdm?
Son of Mapoza, just like Monwanas. After the black dam male left his brother and went back to Timbavati / Thornybush, he come into contact with Lillydale birmingham male first and then the Avoca male. They pretty much went straight into KNP and have been with each other for months, I’d say just as long as KM + S.Avoca have been together.

Got it, but is it the Avoca I referred above that was coalition partner with Guernsey??

Yes, the very same male that lost his partner. By the way, it is the young Avoca Male limping, in case the IDs get mixed up. The healthy S. BDM looks in great shape with a nice mane.
Crazy how those two found eachother one is son of the giraffe male and the other I’m pretty sure his mother was one of the old avoca/giraffe males daughters

Now i know who these lions are. I mean I've heard and know of them before but when i saw the original post i was confused not only it was posted in the S.S. thread but also saying limping S.bdm and avoca male.
The current S.S limping S.bdm is a lone nomad. His departed brother went up to timbavati was in fine shape. He had no limp i was aware of.
Anyways, now im no longer confused. I think this should have been posted in timbavati if not KNP thread

So Girrafe male lion was also from Avoca? I mix up where the Girrafe male lion was from. The Girrafe male lion is still form avoca, but was the girrrafe male lion when he was on his own? Or the old Avoca male lions where Avoca male lions once with Avoca lionesses? Girrafe male lion was never with Avocas?
I was going to say it is very interesting they look alike. I want to say Southern black damn male lion looks very beautiful. Older four southern black damn male lions with Avoca lions are strong, but this Southern black damn male lion here looks very different.
Southern black damn male lion and Avoca male lion cousins? Parents might be half brother and sister or brother and sister born in Avoca pride? Girrafe male lion was born in Avoca pride?
Southern black damn male lion and Avoca male lion look alike they must be first cousins. I wonder.
