There is a world somewhere between reality and fiction. Although ignored by many, it is very real and so are those living in it. This forum is about the natural world. Here, wild animals will be heard and respected. The forum offers a glimpse into an unknown world as well as a room with a view on the present and the future. Anyone able to speak on behalf of those living in the emerald forest and the deep blue sea is invited to join.

From what I’ve heard, yes, all 7 from Giraffe Pride. 2 oldest ones left first and joined their own prides breakaway pride (Avoca). 4 other brothers then left themselves and joined up with the 2 oldest with Avoca Pride. 7th brother joined up with his brothers too but never stayed and ended up taking BD Pride by himself.

Such an incredible story!

I hate that red roads legacy will be diminished because he only has one son left… sadly happens too many offspring of males unfortunately

2 might have left to Kruger earlier, as they just disappeared (last year i think), RRM was also seen hostile towards them around that time.

Wow so cute and good to see new Red Road / Nharu cubs!

Looks like there are actually two litters: 1 litter of three, born very recently as we can see, and 1 slightly older litter of two (or perhaps more). The older litter is, I think, the same two cubs that were sighted around Pungwe and we mentioned on this forum on November 1st. So that makes five cubs total.

I count two female cubs and one male cub of the youngest litter. Let's hope the older litter also has at least one male.
