There is a world somewhere between reality and fiction. Although ignored by many, it is very real and so are those living in it. This forum is about the natural world. Here, wild animals will be heard and respected. The forum offers a glimpse into an unknown world as well as a room with a view on the present and the future. Anyone able to speak on behalf of those living in the emerald forest and the deep blue sea is invited to join.

Aberdare lions would've had a very unique appearance compared to the typical Serengeti lions. They would've had thick golden fur and much larger manes due to the colder mountain forests they inhabited. They also would've roamed the freezing alpine meadows at higher altitudes.
Bhargava Srivari: " Lions mating. It takes quite a bit of thinking to figure out where to position yourself so as to get a side view or front on view of the action. "
Look at the male's muscles on the shoulder and front leg !
Valentin Pacaut: " As we were tracking another big cat at night, we suddenly heard a herd of buffalos running away, only a few hundred meters from us. A coalition of six lions had just cought one! Hopefully found them ! "
