Extremely rare image of a young Aberdare mountain lion in Aberdare National park, Kenya.

Aberdare lions would've had a very unique appearance compared to the typical Serengeti lions. They would've had thick golden fur and much larger manes due to the colder mountain forests they inhabited. They also would've roamed the freezing alpine meadows at higher altitudes.
