There is a world somewhere between reality and fiction. Although ignored by many, it is very real and so are those living in it. This forum is about the natural world. Here, wild animals will be heard and respected. The forum offers a glimpse into an unknown world as well as a room with a view on the present and the future. Anyone able to speak on behalf of those living in the emerald forest and the deep blue sea is invited to join.

most probable is 2005/2006,

it is interesting to read in this description above that initially they were 7 lions, they lost 2 probably in their first territorial claims, I wonder what coalition killed them,

then they sacrificed one with KT and Mr.T,

the big question is: were they all brothers or only the 4 remaining are brothers,
I red that the day before the 5th majingilane were killed by KT and Mr.T it was threatened and sent away by the 4 majis
brothers lions don't do that, Mapogos never did,

so you can suppose that the 5th was sacrificed in order to exhaust the two mapogos for the next days final battle.
I read that He was mating with one styx female too

I haven't read that. I did read though that it was Dark Mane the one who was mating with that Styx girl. But it may be, of course.

Aside from that, welcome @Fredymrt . I hope you like the forum.

After a full week of hunting finally the three male lions pull down a buffalo. Even when 400+ buffaloes come to rescue the victim the lions refused to back down until the herd gave up and ran. Filmed at Inyati game lodge, Sabi Sand Game Reserve. South Africa

watching this video again more carefully, I noticed that the "terrible 4", majingilane are old, their bodies show this, their spine is more visible and their ribs too.
there is nothing you can do, it is the natural evolution of all biological creatures,

I start worrying about their young cubs it will be tragic again to see them killed

Well sure, but it is life. They've had an amazing life, they've been successful dominant males and, eventually, everything ends. And for the cubs killed in a future takeover, new ones will be born with new blood to strenghten even more the lines of the lions.
