There is a world somewhere between reality and fiction. Although ignored by many, it is very real and so are those living in it. This forum is about the natural world. Here, wild animals will be heard and respected. The forum offers a glimpse into an unknown world as well as a room with a view on the present and the future. Anyone able to speak on behalf of those living in the emerald forest and the deep blue sea is invited to join.

Is there any one topic about foxes ? Let us start one... During my childhood, everytime the sly fox was exalted. Among European animals the fox had a place of pride.

The Arabian red fox also has fur between its toes, to prevent burning of the feet. It is brownish pale red in color and approximately 2.7 kg (6 lbs) in weight. This fox is a mostly solitary animal, but may form loosely-knit social groups of a few individuals. They are nomadic, temporarily occupying defined home ranges.

Its diet consists of rodents, such as rats or mice, birds, such as pigeons, and fish as well as some desert vegetation or even carrion.

They are nocturnal, meaning they are mostly active at night.

Fight in the air for a prey... Perhaps I'm wrong but the fox seems to be very young.

Battle in the air... Seemingly the foy has at first caught a rabbit or a rodent. Then the eagle came to catch the fox which still held its prey...

Other shots of the battle discovered by "unwinding" the screen... With the last one, we can suppose that, finally, the fox gave its prey up to the eagle.
