There is a world somewhere between reality and fiction. Although ignored by many, it is very real and so are those living in it. This forum is about the natural world. Here, wild animals will be heard and respected. The forum offers a glimpse into an unknown world as well as a room with a view on the present and the future. Anyone able to speak on behalf of those living in the emerald forest and the deep blue sea is invited to join.

Black Caiman cub teaching a lesson to a naive curious amazonic Jaguar cub.

What a speed and power of that Black Caiman cub.

Unbelievable scene of a lioness climbing high of a tree branch to appropriate a leopard kill, both then falling to the ground:

The jaguar approached the giant otters slowly and silently. She tried to bite the neck of the giant otter furthest from the water, but the giant otter fought back valiantly, turning onto its back, biting the cheek of the jaguar, and scratching her with its claws. Eventually, the giant otter managed to escape with the rest of the group into the water.
From the moment the attack started until all of the giant otters fled together to the water, the giant otters screamed ferociously.
This is a female jaguar called Luciana. She seems to be an opportunistic hunter, having recently been seen hunting a bare-faced currasow, South American coatis, capybaras and now a giant otter.

Mustelid are very tough animals, I think. In addition to that, otters are very united against a bigger predator.

@Rage2277, Tarzan was born to Collarwali in her 3rd litter. She lost her first litter to pneumonia, so, basically Tarzan was in her 2nd litter. He was one of 5 cubs she raised. There was another male who was as impressive as Tarzan in size, but, I think he moved out of Pench.

This male looks like Tarzan (I can’t tell for sure), but age has most definitely caught upto him. He can’t be more than 11-12.
