There is a world somewhere between reality and fiction. Although ignored by many, it is very real and so are those living in it. This forum is about the natural world. Here, wild animals will be heard and respected. The forum offers a glimpse into an unknown world as well as a room with a view on the present and the future. Anyone able to speak on behalf of those living in the emerald forest and the deep blue sea is invited to join.

The 2 new males around Phalaborwa. Seems the Mingerhout males have vanished similar to the Masorini males before them and now these boys are taking over.

Not looking too healthy. How old are the Mazithi/Tshokowane males? Theres 3 of them right? I remember seeing 1 was in bad shape, maybe the one with smaller mane? What happened to this guy?

Nice to see. So sad there are very few and rare sightings of them, although the 3 Phabenis are some very good looking enormous fellas.

2/3 have health problems for quite some time now (shortly after they become territorial around Nkhulu in 2021).

Their age is questionable.

2/3 are prob born in 2016.

But this dark maned male mght be older, i think @"Brahimlegend" posted pics of him as young sub already in 2016, so he might be generation of 2 Lubyelubye Mazithis or s79 Mazithis (born 2013), or slightly younger.

When they first emerged as 6 nomadic young males in late 2019 if i remember, he was by far most developed with almost full mane.

Blondie Fourways. Age is definitely showing on him but he's still going, though.
