It's funny, I just saw a video from Rob the Ranger yesterday, so assume it's from the Mara, and the lioness in that video had an almost identical mark on her face on the same side. Assumed it was dried blood, but when the camera zoomed in it almost appeared it was actually her hair color in that area.

There is a collard lioness from the jock pride but she hasn't got the black mark on her face . She mated with the shishangeni male 2 days ago .

So a few days ago I saw the Gomondwanes near S130 on H4-2 mating with those 2 lionesses that are on their own, then 2 days ago saw those 2 lionesses at hippo pools then when I got back onto S25 those Gomondwanes were on S25 heading to hippo pools then they found those females and in the afternoon they were all at Vurhami dam, then yesterday they were all at Vurhami again, today the Gomondwanes and those lionesses were on S25 and the Shishangenis came and chased them away.

And i saw all 10 vurhami cubs yesterday and all 10 of them have mange, but they look healthy, think the adults were out hunting and their dads are too focused on those other 2 lionesses
