Coalitions of Kruger National Park

DARK MANE Offline

A new coalition of 5 males are venturing further and further south into the concession at singita lebombo lodge.
The mananga pride is being pushed and pressured to venture further south along with old shish males ( father of Casper and gang).

All 5 boys are around five yrs old.

Correct me if I wrong, but nowadays I am hearing too much about Skukuza area. I mean many coalition ruling there. Like KT lubyelubyes & s36, 3 Tshokwane, 2 Oldest kambula, Delaporte - nkhulu coalition etc.
Aren't their territory overlapping?

Not really only guys who dominant near skukuza is southern avocas and they stay in their area. Kinkytail and s36 move around different parts of Skukuza and only have a few lioness so they have room and doubt they run into avocas and if they did they are evenly matched. 3 mazithi/tshokwane males mainly hang east not really skukuza more h4-1 and they usually on a road that sides off from h4-1 which is a area I haven't seen males apart from them go there really. And all the other guys you mentioned are Nomads and will move between whom ever

3 Tshokwanes are territorial east at Nkuhlu area, their territory dont span all the way to Skukuza.

Kambulas (recently seen far away at Pretoriuskop) and Delaporte/Nkuhlu are young nomads, they are not territorial.

Around Skukuza you can pretty much only found S. Avocas more towards northern areas and KT/S36 more south you go.

If you go further east towards Nkuhlu, there are 3 Mazithi/Tshokwanes, and if you go west towards Kruger Gate/s65 road there are 3 Biyamitis, who looks like overtook all that area from Renosterkoppies males.

It is speculated that they likely are old Shishangaan sons.
