Siberian Monster Tiger

*This image is copyright of its original author

Not sure if monster if you mean size. Many big cats look impressive, when alone in photos like this. Especially Siberian tigers when in winter fur and in good condition. But he is handsome and really good looking tiger!! Looks like a tiger, which could be above average and clearly over 200 kg. Are there more photos from this same camera and in same position maybe? It would be interesting to see if there are more.

Yeah I know they normally look large and there are larger than this one for sure, but this one must definitely look monstruous specially in that position right in front of you in person just imagine bumping into him in the Russian far east wilderness, and yeah for sure he is definitely above 200 kilos easily.

about him if you click on the link the guy is looking for siberian tigers in the wild he even captures one in a camera trap but not sure if he is the same there's a black and white pic too that must be him.
I recommend you to read the content in the link its very interesting.

this pic bellow is probably him but the angle is a bit tricky to identify. either way he is a big one too.

Asiatic black bear killed by tiger

Relationship with Tiger and Brown Bear

The enemies of the Himalayan bears in the reserve are the tiger and the brown bear. The tiger preys on them year-round: excrement with the remains of Himalayan bears is found at any time of the year, and individuals of all ages become victims. Due to the lack of suitable hollows, some Himalayan bears are forced to winter in land dens, where they become easy prey for the tiger. So, in January 2000, on the right bank of the Geologovsky stream (the left tributary of the Polovinka River), a male tiger killed a Himalayan bear wintering in a land den. A little later, a tigress joined the tiger meal, catching up with him on the trail. They dragged the remains of the bear to different places located at a distance of 200, 120 and 80 m from each other.

The predation of the tiger during its sedentary habitation on Khekhtsir (1992–2007) did not lead to a decrease in the bear population. The reaction of Himalayan bears to tiger tracks is different. Usually, adult bears show no visible signs of anxiety. With the help of a camera trap installed on a permanent tiger trail near the Tigrovy Grotto, it was possible to find out that bears also often use this trail. But one day, in December 1995, a bear was frightened of fresh traces of a tigress and two cubs 14 ]. Probably, such cases are not isolated, because there is evidence that the Himalayan bear is panicky afraid of tiger tracks 8 ]. A. G. Yudakov and I. G. Nikolaev, who conducted research in the western part of the Middle Sikhote-Alin, indicate that the bears react differently to tiger tracks 15 ]. The cubs of fresh tiger tracks cause great fear in the cubs - and they immediately climb the trees. This fear is innate in them. 16 ].

@amurtigercenter
Our collegues returned from the Jewish autonomous oblast with lots of new photos and videos. One of the videos shows how tiger Boris’ eldest son winks at ? the trail camera.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
We decided to google the meaning of this. So, the psycologists say that a left eye wink is a friendly or emotional gesture and in contrary to the right eye wink it has no added seductive connotations?. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Positive news from Manchuria!!

A wild Siberian tiger has been spotted again in the Huangnihe National Nature Reserve, northeast China's Jilin Province on 11th Feb.
A photo of the Siberian tiger was taken by a staff of the reserve with a smartphone.

There was already news of 10 tiger cubs born to the original 27 wild Siberian tigers living in North China's 14,900 sq.km China National Park for Siberian Tigers & Amur Leopards in northeast Heilongjiang Province.

I have a dream, that someday this'll be a natural occurance with wild tiger!
