There is a world somewhere between reality and fiction. Although ignored by many, it is very real and so are those living in it. This forum is about the natural world. Here, wild animals will be heard and respected. The forum offers a glimpse into an unknown world as well as a room with a view on the present and the future. Anyone able to speak on behalf of those living in the emerald forest and the deep blue sea is invited to join.
A white lioness (the only one in wild) and a white male lion in the Kruger National park.
" A leucistic or "white" lion is very rare. In fact, there are only three left in the wild in all the world, and they're all located at the western side of Kruger National Park in South Africa. The Timbavati private reserve area is really the only place to see them dependably, since when they're in Kruger they're usually far from the roads and not readily viewed. On our visit we had the good fortune to see the only white lioness left in the wild, and one of the only two males. "
