I wouldn't look too much into this situation with Orpen males and Nharus..
I think that Orpens just found Nharus on a kill, and tried to steal from them, they eventualy chased RRM, but females know Orpen males from before, so they didn't get intimidated, and even fight back by report..
It was prob only just a kill steal attempt and not takeover attempt, because they where feeding alongside RRM aswell, so cubs where not in that much danger, especially because Orpens know Nharus and mated with them before..
Also theres no reason for Orpens to pursuit Nharu pride, because they have plenty of females in estrus im Mbiri Pride..
As for Orpen males, they are very "loose" coalition.. In 3 or so yrs of their dominance, they interacted with pretty much all prides in Manyeleti, except Talamatis.. Thats a lot for that time and only 2 males.. Unfortunately that style will left them with very few offspring in the end i think..
