A close encounter of Big Crocodile and Male Tiger (not sure about the gender of tiger, I am guessing).
According to Jai Mohan
Quote:The tiger was deep in sleep on the shady bank of the Tadoba Lake when a very large croc surfaced very near to him. For about five minutes it kept hovering around the tiger but couldn't muster courage to attack the tiger and backed off finally

Wish we could have seen more action.

That croc is doing nothing more than looking at the tiger. haha It is definitely not going to risk attacking a tiger, let a lone a male tiger. Tigers also wake up ready to fight imediately, so even when sleeping doesn't mean they are vulnerable.
A great example is the machli documentory where one of machlis daughters (2nd largest) attacks the sleeping (largest) tigress and she is ready to fight before the other sister can even sink a bite down.
