I think that's just a random rain puddle. 

Urine plays a mayor role in communication for animals. So peeing does require some thought on what message you are sending, what information you are leaving and who you want to find it.
So we probably were a lot more picky about where we urinated as we are now. 

Public bathrooms would likely be horrible concepts to lions. Like Facebook and twitter, but with even more urine. Reply
