That would be said but it is not like they had a bright future ahead of them that was abruptly torn apart. It is natural to root for underdogs, but they are underdogs for a reason and more often than not it is not gonna be a happy ending (what is in the wild again). And if males were involved, it is that something that was bound to likely happen, might have actually happened. Certainly better option than some (albeit locally limited) outbreak of something (anthrax for example, one thing that was not mentioned afaik, it is not that long ago that it finished the Orpen male and the location had to be closed off, with no further outbreak luckily). Seems like concurrent cases of death of few indivuals that might just happen in roughly same time, if it is all true in first place. No animal apart those few speculated to be dead seems to be harmed in any way so far, luckily, so it might be just a coincidence and different causes/culprits. Reply
