There is a world somewhere between reality and fiction. Although ignored by many, it is very real and so are those living in it. This forum is about the natural world. Here, wild animals will be heard and respected. The forum offers a glimpse into an unknown world as well as a room with a view on the present and the future. Anyone able to speak on behalf of those living in the emerald forest and the deep blue sea is invited to join.
If it is a single carcass its odd that the lionesses were found separately days from eachother without any reports of sickness in the pride.
It is possible that the floodings earlier killed an excess of animals that nature cannot clean up fast enough. So there are now multiple carcasses scattered around rotten beyond what is safe to consume.
Then again. If it is something like that. Its odd that only the pride is affected.
One would expect the Nwas to be heavily affected aswell. As would other animals that scavenge for food.
It would be helpful if we had a timeline of sightings.
