There is a world somewhere between reality and fiction. Although ignored by many, it is very real and so are those living in it. This forum is about the natural world. Here, wild animals will be heard and respected. The forum offers a glimpse into an unknown world as well as a room with a view on the present and the future. Anyone able to speak on behalf of those living in the emerald forest and the deep blue sea is invited to join.

Impressive Wild Jaguars - Pictures and Videos

Lisa Antell: " I am enjoying going back through old photos and reminding myself of the wonderful moments that I have had with stunning big cats!

This is Panamá....she is a 2/3 year old young jaguar in the Pantanal and we saw her on our last day in Sept 2018. Initially she was basking in the morning sun and later on we spent time watching her hunt a capybara family until it was so late and dark that we had to whizz back to the lodge on the very dark buggy river!
I cannot wait to be able to travel again to see the magnificent big cats of our world! "

Lisa Antell: " And this big guy is Pirate! (AKA Pirata or Mick Jaguar). He is a distinguished famous jaguar in the Pantanal...been filmed many times before, and the age and tough existence of a male jaguar shows on his battle-scarred face. After following him hunting along the river he decided to settle in the warm sun on the river bank and groom himself. He has old scars and fresh wounds on his head and face probably from territorial battles with other up and coming young males.
Sept 2018 "
