Well he is 10 yrs old, almost 11 now and alone, but still dominant..

Kumanas where quite succesfull coalition, they lost their brother to Mluwatis in 2015, but after that 3 Kumanas establish themselves around Kumana Dam in 2016 and Kumana Pride, prob sired many offspring there, theres a lot off young males around that area atm, so prob some are theirs..

Then they moved into Satara/Singita area in 2019 and took Shishangaan pride and he is now raising offspring there..

Then it sounds that his obvious tough life, has also been a great life, and continues to be. What a story! Thank you for that @Tr1x24

He looks like he has had a tough life.

The Kumana male he had a tough life as dominant male in KNP. He was once part of a strong coalition. Unfortunately his brothers not are no longer with him.

The last Kumana male was in very bad condition a few months ago, so I'm glad he's doing well right now

Had he been injured, is that what caused him to be in very bad condition @"TinoArmando"

Both s21 are impressive beasts, big bodies, althrough they dont have big manes so they dont look that impressive.

Also, we dont know who sired them, but this one looks very much similar to Lubyelubye Jr. :

Maybe his missing brother? S21 is not that far away from where they are, and 2 S21 males appeared around the same time when his brother went missing..

If not brother, maybe s21 males are sired by Old Lubyelubye males, i think somebody posted that they where 3 once..
