He is still young, he will put more mass. 
For height, its impossible to know how tall he is..

That's could be because he is still very young.
at a first glance he don't look very height. Anyway the angle of the photo often cheats

Actually. 
Some of the Mantimahle males members always were looking very battered and old even when they weren't too old as now are... 
their conditions has rapidly worsened a lot and very quickly... Still are a powerful force to be reckoned with by the number of brothers on their favour.
