There is a world somewhere between reality and fiction. Although ignored by many, it is very real and so are those living in it. This forum is about the natural world. Here, wild animals will be heard and respected. The forum offers a glimpse into an unknown world as well as a room with a view on the present and the future. Anyone able to speak on behalf of those living in the emerald forest and the deep blue sea is invited to join.

Beautiful Capture of members of the Mbiri Pride hydrating at a waterhole.

Likely Old Skybed , Old Birmingham, and Nkuhuma lineage passed through Matimba, Birmingham (Lambile’s mum) and Thanda Impi bloodlines.

Here captured are Two Lionesses, Two Orpens, The two Cousins, and The Solo Boy.

I heard it was Mandevu who fought Red Road, but I didn't know RR won.

Any more info on RR vs Mandevu??? Just read RR gave Mandevu a good beating but I fond that hard to believe 2 fully grown adult males. Unless the pride got involved in which thats possible. There must be some footage?

No new footage is available but I spoke w a guide that while not there, did hear from his comrades that RRM did inflict harm and got the upper hand. Unfortunately I don’t know the condition Mandevu is in afterwards but it was good enough that he was able to flee. From Ryan’s description, sounds as if the Pride did get involved as well.

@BigLion39 quite possible the pride helped but even if that wasn't the case, sometimes it happens that one male does much better than the other.
