Its quite likely that he is keeping a low profile and going to another area, as he now realized there is no point in staying in the western sector due to the PCMs
he lost a lot of his mane with the stress, the best way is to withdraw and look for new areas who knows maybe find some nomad to form a coalition, there is no news of the male skorro would be a good partner for him
A while ago we discussed what may have been the causes of Skorro Jr's brother's illness and death, talking about TB and if it could be genetic. A friend of mine have just told me he read a post on facebook saying a scientist known as Neil Wilson has a study showing TB does passes through father to the offspring if he is Ill during the mating, being possibly the reason why the offspring of the Nkuhuma male partner of Skorro all had TB just like him.
Anyone have any idea if any of this is true? Is that such a study? I mean I know the Nkuhuma male had TB and many of the offspring of the Thanda Imp males have bad health, but if it's proved that it passes from father to cub, then it's pretty a big deal and it would explain why "coincidentally" some of the Thanda Imp sons are healthy and some carry the same illness.
And speaking of it, do lionesses also get TB? I've seen many males with TB, but I don't think I've seen females with it.

I remember watching a documentary about a pride of lions years ago and there was one lioness in the pride that was said to have TB. She was referred to as "TB lioness" and her condition looked very similar to male lions I've seen with TB. May not be as prevalent in lionesses as that's the only instance that I myself have seen in regards to it.

I watched that doc as well.
I've read more males get it because on a kill they usually get to eat 1st and eat the choice pieces like the guts, livers, kidneys, lungs, etc.... which supposely contain the infected bacteria. But who really knows because there's kills made by lionesses that males never come to.

True, though Nhenha was still alive when NK was seen with Skorro for the first time, in fact it was probably not even a week after the PCM fight.
Then they were seen in the same area around Ximhungwes once but not exactly together and then they fought when they met again under specific circumstances.
At this point I think NK just wants a partner no matter what, poor thing is trying his best, I think if it's up to him they'll form the coalition.
Which leaves Tumbela, he isn't showing aggression so if NK follows him it might end up working.
PCM are close by I think, aren't they also in Savannah with Manghenis? They might chase and split them, or even catch them. If NK is still limping ( one of his hindlimbs has lots of scars ) he'll be in trouble.

It looks like the NK male right leg is still injured and appears he is struggling to put weight on it when he was trying to move away from Skorro.
