I’m not sure I was just told the old fourways males I believe this girl is around 8 years old I think we don’t have a thread for the southern pride so I’m not 100% sure

She is born around late 2015/early 2016, so only around 7.

By any chance that matshpiri males or Charleston males fathered her as they were the dominant coalition at this area during 2015-16.

Charlestons takeover after Fourways in 2016, but didn't kill Fourways offspring, its said she was Fourways offspring, she and 1 young male survived from Fourways , male joined 2 Talamatis they disappeared in Kruger in 2020.

And how come this pride reduce to just one female?
I mean I have learnt about Charleston, sparta, sand river and PC pride were divided between matshpiri, Charleston and mantimahle coalition and a continuous war broke out between them in 2017-18. Each coalition was killing other cubs. Due to which Charleston and Sparta pride got extinct and the other two were rescued by southern avocas in later years.
Was the same story with Southern pride???

SP didn't manage to raise offspring to adulthood for years because of constant change of territorial coalitions and unstable times in between 2010 - 2020.
So old females died and there was no new young females to replace them, from superpride they shrinked only to 1 female in 2020.
