There is a world somewhere between reality and fiction. Although ignored by many, it is very real and so are those living in it. This forum is about the natural world. Here, wild animals will be heard and respected. The forum offers a glimpse into an unknown world as well as a room with a view on the present and the future. Anyone able to speak on behalf of those living in the emerald forest and the deep blue sea is invited to join.

Great to see Limper confident, also mane is starting to grow back..

It looks like he has very similar injury to Dark Mane Avoca.

"We have been enjoying a great deal of lion activity around the greater lodge area. The Tumbela males and the Othawa female lions have been patrolling nonstop. The stillness of the night has been interrupted by constant roaring and territory marking - leopardhills."

Diffmarimane said he is with them, week or so ago, it was posted here.

But as we see, he is not in great condition.

Yes, rangers speculate that he has TB..

Really unfortunate.. Its only matter of how long he will survive..

I dont know. The other two are recovering.
But he. He just got worse.
If it was just a case of not getting enough food. Id expect Limper to be the one getting the least and suffer. But even he is improving too.
So it must be somekind of sickness or internal wound acting up.

Though that he is out there with his brothers means he himself isn't too worried of it though.
He could just as easily have stayed with the pride to safely rest and eat while his brothers are gone.
